Enjoy our lovely apartment "Rose", which is situated on the first floor of our apartment house and is suitable for 2 to 6 guests. This spacious apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds, one in orange, and one green as an apple.
The cosy sitting area is ideal for some relaxation and delightful time spent in each other's company.
The living room is next to the fully-equipped and modern kitchen which includes useful amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, large fridge with a freezer compartment, and a dish washer. Your homecooked meals can be enjoyed in the cosy dining area.
Both double bedrooms are facing the peaceful garden and allow a restful sleep surrounded by our nature. One of the two bedrooms includes a lovely balcony. The especially spacious bathroom includes a double-washbasin, bathtub, a shower, and plenty of natural sunlight. The WC is separate.
This lovingly decorated apartment offers so many delightful areas for you to relax and unwind, no matter if you prefer the cosy sofa or the sunny balcony.

- Local tax is not included. The 2 EUR local tax is charged per adult (as of 15 years of age) per day.
- Pets are allowed upon request (surcharge of 6 EUR per day).

Cancellations:
- up to 45 days before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of total cost
- up to 14 days before arrival: 60 % of total cost
- up to 7 days before arrival: 80 % of total cost
- up to 3 days before arrival: 100 % of total cost
